    Erasmus Exchange Semester (English Version)

    Are you currently enrolled at one of our partner universities and interested in studying for one semester at the NDU? Then join us, we accept nominations on all of our Bachelor and Master courses.

    31st October (for the following winter semester)
    15th April (for the following summer semester)

    Applications

    Once your nomination has been accepted, our international office will send you the application form. Alongside this you will need to send the following documents:

    • Transcript of records
    • Photo (JPEG format)
    • Copy of your passport
    • Portfolio

    15th November (for the following winter semester)
    30th April (for the following summer semester)

    Semester dates

    Our winter semester runs from the end of September until the end of January
    Our summer semester runs from the end of February until the end of June

    Learning Agreement

    All incoming students need to complete an online learning agreement. You can create it here.

    Transcript of Records

    We will send you your transcript of records within 5 weeks after the end of semester. 

    Online Language Support

    The Erasmus programme offers language courses and tests for all participants.

    Free-Mover

    Your university is not a partner with the NDU but you would like to spend a semester here.

    As a Free-Mover this is possible. We accept applications from Free-Movers on all our Bachelor and Master courses. As a Free-Mover you are required to pay the tuition fees for the semester you are here.

    FAQ

    What is the language of instruction?

    Our language of instruction is German. Individual modules or electives are offered in English or with English support. We require knowledge of German or English at level B2.

    Do you provide on-campus accommodation?

    We do not have any on-campus accommodation. NDU students can apply for student housing in St. Pölten.
